Chief of Family Practice

Dr. Stephen J. Kolesk, MD

Stephen J. Kolesk, MD joined Woods in 2019 to oversee its population health management strategy, which includes the integrating primary and specialty care with behavioral health and serving as a specialized patient-centered medical home in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He also oversees the healthcare professionals at the Medical Center at Woods to ensure the ongoing delivery of quality care. Dr. Kolesk guides the launch and expansion of Woods’ primary care centers in New Jersey in partnership with Woods’ New Jersey affiliates, as well as collaborations with New Jersey hospitals and medical centers for the provision of healthcare services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and patients with behavioral challenges. Before joining Woods, Dr. Kolesk served as senior vice president of clinical integration for Virtua Health in Marlton, New Jersey, and prior to that, as vice president and chief operating officer for Virtua Memorial Hospital. Dr. Kolesk was also a partner and family practitioner in a private family practice in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. He received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in biology from Fordham University and an Master of Science (MS) from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.

Medical Director

Dr. Oluwafunmike Adigun, MD

Oluwafunmike Adigun, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician and an active member of the American Academy of Family Medicine. She earned her undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, in affiliation with BronxCare Health System in New York.

Dr. Adigun has a strong leadership background, having most recently served as chief medical officer for one of Philadelphia’s largest federally qualified health centers. She is an expert in mitigating diseases that pose population-level threats. In addition to providing primary care for all ages, she also specializes in addiction medicine, HIV/HCV treatment, women’s health, and lifestyle medicine. Dr. Adigun has designed and implemented multiple systems and interventions to improve patient health through the efficient and equitable use of resources.

Dedicated to a life of service and compassionate care, she brings a wealth of experience to serving underserved populations with respect and empathy. As medical director, she is committed to equipping and empowering her colleagues and patients to achieve the best possible health outcomes and improve their lives.

Licensed Psychologist, Clinical Director

Keelin Milligan, PsyD

Keelin Milligan, Psy.D. is a licensed psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania and Clinical Director of IDD and Autism Services at Woods. She oversees autism assessment and treatment services at the Center for Behavioral Health at Woods (CBHW) and also serves as the clinical director for the Mollie Woods adult residential program. Dr. Milligan has worked in numerous clinical treatment facilities throughout her career including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment facilities, therapeutic day schools, medical hospitals, outpatient clinics, and in-home based therapy services supporting children, adolescents, and adults with various mental and behavioral health diagnoses. She has extensive experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD), and complex behavioral and medical needs. Dr. Milligan earned her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in psychology from Villanova University and then received her doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Hartford in Connecticut. Her clinical interests include autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, children and adolescent psychotherapy, behavior therapy, psychological assessment, and parent training.

Family Nurse Practitioner

Joe Montenegro MSN, CRNP, FNP-BC

Joe Montenegro MSN, CRNP, FNP-BC, has joined the Medical Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Joe has held numerous positions, most recently Assistant Vice President of Nursing. He has also worked in the geriatric psychiatry unit at Jefferson Bucks Hospital. 

 Joe intends to focus on enhancing patient outcomes physically and mentally by promoting healthy lifestyles including physical activity, nutrition, stress management, and maintaining open communication.  

 “As a medical provider, I find it crucial to practice with a patient-centered care approach where patients are actively engaged in their management of care and their individual needs, values, and preferences are prioritized.” 

 Joe earned his Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from Rider University. 

Podiatrist

Robert Filoramo

Robert Filoamo, DPM, joined the Medical Center and treats all foot and ankle pathologies, both surgical and nonsurgical. He currently practices at Jefferson Health.

Dr. Filoramo currently serves as Chief of Podiatry at Virtua Memorial Hospital. He commonly treats plantar fasciitis, flat feet, bunions, hammertoes, bone spurs, and skin and nail pathologies daily. He brings the same attention to the patients at Woods Services that he offers to his patients in his offices in New Jersey and Northeast Philadelphia. He is a leading physician in the lapiplasty procedure for bunion correction in the Delaware Valley.

Optometrist

Nicholas Karbach, OD, FAAO

Nicholas Karbach, OD, FAAO, is an optometrist who joined the Medical Center team in 2018. He provides comprehensive eye care services including full eye exams, glasses prescriptions, and diagnosis and management of ocular disease. He is experienced in doing eye exams on patients with challenging behaviors and is passionate about overcoming behavioral barriers to eye care. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2017. He gained experience working with patients with disabilities during his residency at The Eye Institute of Salus University in Philadelphia, where he remains on staff as an Assistant Professor.

Daniel Mills, M.A., LPC

Dan Mills, MA, LPC, provides person-centered and evidence- based psychotherapy to a wide spectrum of clients. He uses an eclectic and trauma-focused approach to supporting his clients through the difficult process of healing, growth, and change. Dan received his Master of Arts (MA) in clinical counseling with a focus in trauma studies from Eastern University in 2020 and is a board-certified, licensed professional counselor.

Practice Manager

Jodi Frascella

Jodi Frascella, practice manager, joined the team in December 2022. Prior to her role, she contributed over 20 years of clinical and operational experience at Capital Health in New Jersey, specializing in occupational health. Jodi holds an Associate Degree from Bucks County Community College and is a certified medical assistant, bringing valuable expertise to the overall operational efficiency at the center.

Associate Professor of Clinical Community Oral Health, AEGD Program Director, Division of Community Oral Health

Marc Henschel, DDS

Marc Henschel, DDS, serves as associate professor of clinical community oral health at Penn Dental Medicine and program director of the AEGD Program. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1986 and went on to complete his general practice residency at the Buffalo Veterans Administration Center in Buffalo, New York in 1987. Before his appointment at Penn Dental Medicine, Dr. Henschel was on faculty at New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry, serving as a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Oral Maxillofacial Pathology, Radiology, and Medicine. During this time, he led the NYU Special Patient Care Clinic as director and was course director for clinical management of patients with special needs. Dr. Henschel started teaching at NYU on a part-time basis in 1987, first as a clinical instructor in the Department of Oral Medicine until 1991, and then as a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Oral Maxillofacial Pathology, Radiology, and Medicine until 2015. Since 1989, he has also maintained a private practice in general dentistry in Forest Hills, New York.

Chris Calder, MS

Chris Cadler, MS, is a clinican. He provides therapeutic services, develops strong therapeutic relationships with clients, advocates for the care of the clients, and runs group therapy sessions. He received a Master of Science (MS) in community and trauma counseling from Thomas Jefferson University.

Family Nurse Practitioner

Megan Leser DNP, FNP-C

Megan Leser DNP, FNP-C, joined the Medical Center in 2025. She has worked in the medical field for over 18 years with 12 of the years as a nurse practitioner. With her husband’s navy career, she has had the opportunity to work in various settings and specialties across the US. Now that her husband is retired, she is happy to return home to Bucks County.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Drexel University, Masters of Science in nursing from Duke University, Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Drexel University, and her post-masters certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing Practitioner from DeSales University. She has experience in family medicine, pediatrics, developmental behavioral pediatrics, urgent care, and emergency medicine. She has a strong passion for providing holistic integrated care for individuals across the lifespan.

Heather Hayes

Heather L. Hayes embarked on her nursing journey at Brian’s House, Inc. in 1990, beginning as a staff nurse and advancing to a Program Nurse before becoming the Director of Health Services. In addition, to her 16 years of experience as an adjunct faculty member in the RN to BSN program at Immaculata University; Today, she thrives as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Heather has dedicated over 42 years to nursing excellence.

Her diverse nursing experience spans various settings, including management roles, adolescent psychiatric care, skilled senior nursing facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, and drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers. Heather’s compassionate care extends into numerous one-on-one settings, hospice care, and end-of-life support. As a Nurse Practitioner, she imparts her expertise in family medicine, providing vital healthcare at RL Health at Brian’s House.

Beginning her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Heather pursued knowledge, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Chester University, a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Wilmington University, and a Doctorate in Education and Organizational Leadership from the same institution. Her certifications from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, along with her Reiki certification, demonstrate her commitment to holistic person centered care and she proudly serves as a licensed Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania.

Patti Towey

Patti Towey began her career at Brian’s House in 2012 as a Medical Administrative Assistant. Through dedication and leadership, she now serves as the Lead Medical Administrative Assistant, playing a key role in supporting the medical team and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Patti attended Kean College in New Jersey, where she pursued her academic interests. Originally from Brick, NJ, she relocated to Oxford in 2011 with her family, embracing a new chapter both personally and professionally.

Neurologist

Maria Roselyn C. Lim, MD

Maria Roselyn C. Lim, MD, joined in 2018 as an adult neurologist who sees patients ages 18 and up. She provides comprehensive neurological care to those with challenging behaviors.

Dr. Lim received her medical degree from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine, where she also completed her internship. She went on to complete her residency at Temple University and her fellowship at the Medical College of Pennsylvania. With more than 20 years of experience in practice, Dr. Lim is committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner 

Shanira Garvin, MSN, CRNP, PMHNP-BC

Shanira Garvin is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan. She specializes in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric and behavioral health disorders, with a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes through individualized treatment planning, medication management, and therapeutic support.

She currently practices as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at RL Health/Center for Behavioral Health at Woods, Woods Primary and Behavioral Health Center at Hamilton,  Archway Schools, and Allies inc., where she evaluates and treats patients with complex psychiatric conditions, prescribes psychotropic medications, provides psychoeducation, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
