Our mission at The Center for Behavioral Health at Woods is to help each individual have the fulfilling and meaningful life they deserve. To achieve that goal, we take a patient-centered approach that addresses each person’s unique needs and goals.
INTAKE ASSESSMENT
When we first see a patient, we conduct detailed intake, psychiatric, and mental health diagnostic assessments as a way of gathering an understanding of an individual’s concerns, symptoms, and goals for therapy. It’s really our first step in establishing a comfortable relationship between a patient and our team of mental health professionals.
CAREGIVER SUPPORT
Understanding that caregivers are an integral part of the treatment process, our team offers resources and support to help them get the best care for their loved one. We encourage caregivers to participate in the assessment process and ask any questions along the way.
