Stephen J. Kolesk, MD

Chief Medical Officer/Vice President for Medical Affairs and Managed Care

Dr. Kolesk joined Woods in 2019 to oversee Woods’ population health management strategy, which includes the integration of primary and specialty care with behavioral health and becoming a specialized patient-centered medical home in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He also oversees the healthcare professionals at the Medical Center at Woods to ensure the ongoing delivery of quality care. Dr. Kolesk also guides the launch and expansion of Woods’ primary care centers in New Jersey in partnership with Woods’ New Jersey affiliates, as well as collaborations with New Jersey hospitals and medical centers for the provision of healthcare services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and patients with behavioral challenges. Before joining Woods, Dr. Kolesk served as Senior Vice President of Clinical Integration for Virtua Health in Marlton, New Jersey, and prior to that, as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Virtua Memorial Hospital. Dr. Kolesk was also a partner and family practitioner in a private family practice in Mount Laurel, N.J. He received a B.S. in Biology from Fordham University and an M.D. from The University of Connecticut School of Medicine.

Holly M. Cunningham, CRNP

Holly Cunningham joined the Medical Center at Woods staff in 2018 as a family nurse practitioner and serves as a primary care provider and employee health nurse practitioner for Woods employees. She also oversees the clinical work of nurse practitioners of RL Health at the Medical Center at Woods. She has more than 20 years of experience in family health and spent much of her career in the Bucks County area as an emergency room and telemetry nurse at Lower Bucks Hospital, a staff nurse at HCR Manor Care, and as a family health nurse practitioner for RediClinic in Langhorne, Pennsylvania.

Holly Cunningham received an Associate degree in Nursing from Bucks County Community College, a B.S. from Immaculata University, and an M.S. in Nursing from Drexel University.

Ashlee Johnston, CRNP

Ashlee Johnston is a family nurse practitioner who joined Woods in 2018. Before coming to Woods, she worked at Comprehensive Care Associates in Langhorne, PA, providing treatment and care to acute and chronically ill patients both in the office and in long-term care settings. She also worked as an emergency and trauma nurse for Capital Health System as well as Doylestown Hospital and Einstein Medical Center. Ashlee Johnston received a B.S. in Nursing from Bloomsburg University and an M.S. from Drexel University. She is also a Board Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN).

Vida LeMaire, CRNP

Vida Lemaire joined the Medical Center at Woods team in 2018 as a family nurse practitioner. She has more than 13 years of experience in healthcare as a nurse practitioner working at RediClinic in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, and North Penn Family Medicine in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. Before holding these positions, she worked as a cardiac/telemetry nurse at Abington Health Lansdale Hospital in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden, New Jersey, and Thomas Jefferson and Methodist Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Vida Lemaire received a B.S. from the University of Science and Technology in Ghana, a post-baccalaureate in Nursing from the University of Connecticut, Storrs, and an M.S. in Nursing from LaSalle University in Philadelphia.

Susan Ritorto, CRNP

Susan Ritorto joined the Medical Center at Woods in 2021 as a nurse practitioner who will provide gynecological services to Woods female clients and staff as well as perform utilization reviews and quality assurance for the Medical Center. She has more than 25 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She began her career as a medical/surgical nurse at Mercer Medical Center in Trenton, New Jersey, and then worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Once she obtained her nurse practitioner license in perinatal nursing, she worked for the Center for Women’s Health located in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, for ten years before coming to Woods. Susan Ritorto graduated with a B.S. from the College of New Jersey and an M.S. from the University of Pennsylvania.
