Chief Medical Officer/Vice President for Medical Affairs and Managed Care

Dr. Stephen J. Kolesk, MD

Stephen J. Kolesk, MD joined Woods in 2019 to oversee its population health management strategy, which includes the integrating primary and specialty care with behavioral health and serving as a specialized patient-centered medical home in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He also oversees the healthcare professionals at the Medical Center at Woods to ensure the ongoing delivery of quality care. Dr. Kolesk guides the launch and expansion of Woods’ primary care centers in New Jersey in partnership with Woods’ New Jersey affiliates, as well as collaborations with New Jersey hospitals and medical centers for the provision of healthcare services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and patients with behavioral challenges. Before joining Woods, Dr. Kolesk served as senior vice president of clinical integration for Virtua Health in Marlton, New Jersey, and prior to that, as vice president and chief operating officer for Virtua Memorial Hospital. Dr. Kolesk was also a partner and family practitioner in a private family practice in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. He received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in biology from Fordham University and an Master of Science (MS) from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.

Nurse Practitioner

Holly M. Cunningham, CRNP

Holly Cunningham, CRNP, joined the Medical Center at Woods staff in 2018 as a family nurse practitioner and serves as a primary care provider and employee health nurse practitioner. She also oversees the clinical work of nurse practitioners at the Medical Center at Woods. She has more than 20 years of experience in family health and spent much of her career in the Bucks County area as an emergency room and telemetry nurse at Lower Bucks Hospital, a staff nurse at HCR Manor Care, and as a family health nurse practitioner for RediClinic in Langhorne, Pennsylvania.

Holly Cunningham received an Associate Degree in nursing from Bucks County Community College, Bachelor of Science (BS) from Immaculata University, and a Masters of Science (MS) in nursing from Drexel University.

Nurse Practitioner

Esmond Herry, CRNP

Esmond Herry, CRNP, joined Woods in 2023, as a nurse practitioner who see patients ages 13 and up. As a certified nurse practitioner, Esmond provides a wide range of services, focusing on assessing, diagnosing,and managing acute and chronic conditions. This includes physical exams, ordering laboratory tests and interpreting the results, managing diseases, creating care plans, and writing prescriptions. He is registered with Medicare and is credentialed with all managed care agencies. He is a compassionate provider who uses his knowledge, skills, and clinical experience to provide safe evidence-based patient-centered care to his patients. Esmond Herry received his Bachelor of Science (BS) and Masters of Science (MS) in Nursing from Gwynedd Mercy University and is currently ACLS/BLS certified and holds an AANP board certification.

Executive Vice President of Integrative Medicine and Chief of Psychiatry

Dr. Sailaja Musunuri, MD

Sailaja Musunuri, MD leads and oversees integrative healthcare both at Woods and across its system of care in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Her responsibilities include maintaining a caseload of patients needing psychiatric services, managing and approving psychotropic and related medications, creating new and innovative programs and services, bolstering current clinical models and modalities, conducting medication reviews, and developing strong relationships with funders and managed care organizations to ensure compliance and programmatic integrity.

Dr. Musunuri received her MD from Siddhartha Medical College at Nagarjuna University in Vijayawada, India. She completed residencies in adult psychiatry at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, Illinois, and Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. She also held a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Drexel. She resides in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania.

Practice Manager

Jodi Frascella

Jodi Frascella, practice manager at The Medical Center at Woods, joined the team in December 2022. Prior to her role at Woods, she contributed over 20 years of clinical and operational experience at Capital Health in New Jersey, specializing in occupational health. Jodi holds an Associate Degree from Bucks County Community College and is a certified medical assistant, bringing valuable expertise to the overall operational efficiency at the center.

Dinetta Armstrong, MBA

Dinetta Armstrong, MBA, received her Bachelor of Science (BS) in health policy and administration from Penn State University, and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in healthcare administration from Temple University. She has more than 25 years of experience working in healthcare administration, including hospitals, managed care, and federally qualified health centers that provided integrated primary and behavioral healthcare, including wraparound services, to the underserved community in Philadelphia. She has a wealth of experience cultivating new business opportunities to ensure growth, progress, and expansion, as well as working to improve standards of care and quality of service.

Dinetta is responsible for advancing Woods’ growth in managed care and value-based reimbursement. She will further the integration of Woods Healthcare – the NCQA-certified Medical Center at Woods, Penn Dental Medicine at Woods, and the Center for Behavioral Health at Woods – along with the development of an integrated medical and behavioral health center at RWJBarnabas in Hamilton, New Jersey. Dinetta will work with the medical team leadership to lay the groundwork to replicate the integrated care model in strategic locations of high need.

Medical Director

Dr. Oluwafunmike Ojewoye, MD

Oluwafunmike Ojewoye, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician and an active member of the American Academy of Family Medicine. She earned her undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, in affiliation with BronxCare Health System in New York.

Dr. Ojewoye has a strong leadership background, having most recently served as chief medical officer for one of Philadelphia’s largest federally qualified health centers. She is an expert in mitigating diseases that pose population-level threats. In addition to providing primary care for all ages, she also specializes in addiction medicine, HIV/HCV treatment, women’s health, and lifestyle medicine. Dr. Ojewoye has designed and implemented multiple systems and interventions to improve patient health through the efficient and equitable use of resources.

As medical director at Woods, she is committed to equipping and empowering her colleagues and patients to achieve the best possible health outcomes and improve their lives.

Optometrist

Nicholas Karbach, OD, FAAO

Nicholas Karbach, OD, FAAO, is an optometrist who joined the Medical Center at Woods team in 2018. He provides comprehensive eye care services including full eye exams, glasses prescriptions, and diagnosis and management of ocular disease. He is experienced in doing eye exams on patients with challenging behaviors and is passionate about overcoming behavioral barriers to eye care. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2017. He gained experience working with patients with disabilities during his residency at The Eye Institute of Salus University in Philadelphia, where he remains on staff as an Assistant Professor.

Podiatrist

Robert Filoramo

Robert Filoamo, DPM, joined the Medical Center at Woods and treats all foot and ankle pathologies, both surgical and nonsurgical. He currently practices at Jefferson Health.

Dr. Filoramo currently serves as Chief of Podiatry at Virtua Memorial Hospital. He commonly treats plantar fasciitis, flat feet, bunions, hammertoes, bone spurs, and skin and nail pathologies daily. He brings the same attention to the patients at Woods Services that he offers to his patients in his offices in New Jersey and Northeast Philadelphia. He is a leading physician in the lapiplasty procedure for bunion correction in the Delaware Valley.
