(Click the + to expand and explore service categories.)
Intake, psychiatric, and diagnostic assessments
We conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments to accurately identify people’s individual mental and behavioral health needs, and to determine the best course of treatment.
Medication review and coordination
Our psychiatric nurse practitioners and psychiatrists evaluate the effectiveness of a client's current medications (prescription and over-the-counter). They review the client's lifestyle and family history to ensure all medications are being taken safely. They also recommend any needed adjustments.
Complex condition nurse navigation
A specialized service for authorized individuals in which a Complex Condition Nurse Navigator works within the collaborative of various agency supports to provide individualized and coordinated care across disciplines.
The Nurse Navigators work jointly with physicians, therapists, case managers, support coordinators, residential providers and families to integrate care, particularly those related to health, wellness, safety and increasing community participation. Utilization for each member varies depending on need, however, a typical duration of service is 6 months to a year.
Extended therapy
In extended therapy, clients receive long-term, intensive care from our mental health professionals. We provide individual, group, and family therapies, behavioral health supports, and psychiatric care.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness emphasizes being aware and present in the current moment. With practice, people can develop and use mindfulness skills to reduce stress, manage anxiety and depression, improve concentration, cultivate resilience, and generally increase well-being.
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
CBT is psychotherapy focused on identifying and changing thought patterns and behaviors that cause difficulty for clients. It can help treat a variety of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and substance use disorders.
Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)
DBT combines CBT with mindfulness to focus on acceptance and change. It can be effective in treating such complex mental health issues as borderline personality disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and substance abuse disorders.
Trauma-informed care
Trauma-informed care recognizes the impact of traumatic experiences on individuals. It involves creating and maintaining a safe, supportive environment in which the person receiving care feels understood and accepted.
Motivational interviewing (MI)
MI emphasizes empathy and collaboration between therapist and client. It was developed to help people with substance abuse issues make positive behavior changes. It can also effectively address other mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression.
Telehealth and telepsychiatry
Telehealth and telepsychiatry allow our providers to reach a wider range of clients with timely care, especially those who have difficulty accessing traditional services due to geographic location, lack of transportation, or other barriers.
